Course Cancellation: a. Users who wish to cancel their course enrollment must notify MediClue by sending an email to info@mediclue.in within 7 days from the date of enrollment. b. The cancellation request must include the user’s full name, course name, and the reason for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility: a. Users who cancel their course enrollment within the specified 7-day period are eligible for a refund. b. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used by the user at the time of enrollment.

Refund Process: a. Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, MediClue will review the request and assess its eligibility for a refund. b. If the cancellation request is approved, MediClue will initiate the refund process within a reasonable timeframe. c. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and to the same account used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Restrictions: a. Refunds will only be granted for course cancellations made within 7 days from the date of enrollment. b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified 7-day period has elapsed. c. Refunds will not be granted for users who have already accessed or downloaded course materials. d. If a user is found to be in violation of the Company’s Terms and Conditions, the refund request may be denied.

Non-transferable: a. Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the user who made the original payment.
