Due to the shortage of nurses in Gulf countries and due to the availability of excessive number of qualified professional nurses in India, India serves as the main destination for gulf recruiters in the process of recruitment of nursing staffs.

According to Health authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) 2009 statistics it is estimated that up to 5,000 additional doctors and 6,500 nurses will be required by 2019 to work in Abu Dhabi. If demand rates remain at their 2009 level, this will require some 1,600 doctors and almost 1,800 nurses to be recruited annually. To help and support healthcare facilities in recruitment process and reduce financial and search burden and in some cases international travel to reach to qualified medical staff the health authority of Abu Dhabi is conducting health professional examinations (HAAD examination) for Registered Nurses, Practical Nurses, School Health Nurses, Radiographers, Radiographers Technicians and Physiotherapists through 15 computer based active Testing centers in India, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Egypt, South Korea, Lebanon and UAE.


W e offer Coaching for nurses under the guidance of well experienced professional trainers. Classes are offered regular full time base or part time base. The well qualified teachers help the students to develop skills needed to pass the examination. To prepare for the exam comprehensive ranges of study materials written by expert authors are available in the library.. During the training period we provide model tests, which helps to analyze and overcome the stressful situations. Our model test trains students to face the most challenging of situations. All batches are scheduled with fixed number of students in order to ensure personal attention.

Method of Training

HAAD assesses skills in on professional contest. Our training comprises Preparation level Class and Crash Batch.

  • Preparation level
  • New students joined are provided a preparation class for familiarizing them to Health Authority of Abu Dhabi Registered Nurse Examination. During this period students will get detailed training in the entire nursing subject focused on examination.

  • Crash Batch
  • After preparation stage, the students will start Intensive training according to HAAD Registered Nurse Exam system. We use computerized online training and in this class students are given training used on numerous questions prepared from nursing books and journal. Students are given correction and assessment after their test and provided care and attention on modules they find difficult. Once the candidates obtain a required score that is stable during all the tests, the trainer will advise him/her to apply for the exam. Others will be retained till they improve their performance.


HAAD exam is a computer based test for nurses, with 150questions in multiple choice formats. It covers,

It is said to be HAAD is easier than NCLEX-RN and CGFNS.
